London Buses have awarded London Central two year contract extensions on 6 bus routes.

John Trayner, managing director of London Central said of this announcement, "I am pleased to announce that Routes 229, 244, 401, 422, B11 and B16 have all been awarded a two year extension to their contracts on the basis of meeting their quality of service targets.

The contracts were due to expire in January 2009 and will now be extended to January 2011.

This is excellent news for London Central and the team at Bexleyheath, and is all down to the good performance of the garage, both on and off the road.
